eSIM Prime

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This Policy explains how the store operator collects, uses and shares personal data when you browse the site, contact support or purchase an eSIM.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact and order data, such as name, email, destination, selected plan and order history.
  • Transaction references and payment status. Full card details are handled by the checkout or payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, language, currency, timestamps and security logs.
  • Messages and information you provide when contacting support or submitting a request.

2. Why we use it

We process data to provide the contract, deliver the eSIM, process payment and refunds, communicate about the order, provide support, prevent fraud, secure and improve the service, keep legally required records and comply with law. Where required, optional analytics or marketing relies on consent; you may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Service providers

We share only the data needed with providers that help operate the store, including Shopify, checkout and payment providers, eSIM fulfilment partners, email providers, hosting, security and professional advisers. These providers may process data in other countries under appropriate legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data for money.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies and similar storage remember language or currency, maintain security and enable checkout. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, should be controlled through the available consent settings where required by law. Browser settings can block cookies, but essential functions may then stop working.

5. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Some requests can be limited by legal recordkeeping or fraud-prevention duties. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

7. Children, changes and contact

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally contract. We may update this Policy and will publish the revised date. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, use the contact details shown on this website. You can also review Shopify’s consumer privacy controls at privacy.shopify.com.
